Growing up, Palwasha Siddique always believed that determination, discipline, and hard work could change a person’s life. She was raised in an environment where values, responsibility, and resilience were deeply important, and those principles became the foundation of her professional journey.

She completed her MSc in Economics, which helped her develop strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Alongside this, she pursued a Management Diploma and later earned a certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Officer from the Abu Dhabi Government. These qualifications gave her a balanced understanding of business management, operations, finance, and workplace leadership.

Before moving to the UAE in 2018, she was working at Standard Chartered. At that time, she had only been with the bank for around three months when she received an opportunity from the UAE. It became one of the most important and difficult decisions of her life because she was stepping into an entirely new country, industry, and set of challenges.

One of the achievements Palwasha Siddique is most proud of is helping transform Consegna Delivery Services from a small startup operation into a large-scale organization with thousands of employees and a strong reputation in the UAE market.

Personally, becoming the first female General Manager within the company remains a milestone she values deeply because it reflects years of hard work, resilience, and continuous growth in a demanding industry.
