Mani Nair completed his post-graduation in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and further enhanced his expertise through a Management Development Program in Retail Management from IIM Ahmedabad. He spent over three decades working with EUROSTAR Group in Dubai, where he handled key responsibilities across marketing, business development, and strategic planning. Over the years, he developed a 360-degree understanding of brand building, regional market trends, product launches, and large-scale business operations. This extensive experience enabled him to adopt a proactive approach toward identifying opportunities and executing business improvements.

After dedicating a significant part of his career to building and strengthening brands within an organization, he recognized the right moment to channel his expertise into creating something of his own. This vision led to the launch of STARMAXX Blades & Razors, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey.

STARMAXX Group was established in January 2023 with the vision of creating a globally recognized brand in the blades and razors segment. In a relatively short time, the company has successfully positioned itself as a preferred choice, especially among professional barbers, by offering superior platinum blades at affordable prices while maintaining world-class quality standards.

In 2024, the brand expanded its portfolio by introducing XXTRA-branded personal care products, growing its offerings to more than 100 SKUs. The approach combines strong brand-building strategies with a deep understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics.
